Obee, was an outstanding Gundog, hunted on both waterfowl and upland birds, a natural pointer as well as an excellent water dog.
A gorgeous example of the breed, he weighed around 85 pounds.

I sold him to a couple who returned him when he was 10 months old, already nearly 80 pounds he was more than they could handle. My friend, Steve Hand bought him and hunted him in 22 states and 4 Canadian provinces. The loss of Obee has left a huge hole in both of our hearts, bone cancer quickly consumed him. Obee's spirit crossed over the Rainbow Bridge while sleeping on his favorite sofa on Friday evening, March 16th 2012 and we know he is without pain now.
