Other Information about litter:
Jed's accomplishments speak for themselves. He is an incredibly talented amature trained field trial competitor. He has earned an Amatuer win and JAM'd the last two opens he ran. A young healthy dog with a bright future in field trials ahead of him. In addition to his talent in the field we have chosen Jed as a sire to add to our breeding program because of his many other attributes: His structure, balance, and overall athleticism should offer a nice build and type to his puppies for any dog sport. His temperament at home is just what we love in a dog; a couch buddy, a hunting partner, social with other dogs and friendly with all people. The icing on the cake: Jed is a great looking boy with nice bone structure and a lovely head. Oakley came to us at over 2 years of age. She was welcomed to our family with the intention of becoming part of our breeding program, but she is so much more than just a breeding female. Oakley had no formal training (pretty much not beyond learning the word "sit") never seen a bird before joining us at BlackFoot and wow .... her instinct and breeding has shine through in more than one way; she LOVES to retrieve, she LOVES to work on real birds, she is soft mouthed and highly trainable. Her Dam is a family companion and hunting partner with a solid pedigree of proven British / U.K dogs. Her sire sire of course, is built from well known and accomplished American Field trial and hunt test linage. We will continue to train her (safely) during her pregnancy and plan to pursue hunt test titles with her after this litter. Oakley is a small dog of only about 55 lbs thick in stature, so we are hoping this cross will create pups of nice balance. We raise our pups FULL TIME on site beginning in our custom built nursery we do ENS and ESI. BlackFoot puppies dew claws remain LEFT ON / NATURAL. Our litters undergo 7+ weeks of stage appropriate environmental and social enrichment practices. Volhard testing at 7 weeks of age before puppies go hom Pedigree:
