Katie was one of the first dogs to have her own website complete with webcam, www.katie.com (hence her name) - unfortunately, she let her domain name registration lapse.
While never choosing to distinguish herself in Show or Field trials, Katie was a loyal, loving, happy, intelligent, and eager-to-please and eager-to-retrieve dog representing the highest standards of what makes the Labrador Retriever such a popular and beloved breed.
She died in her owners' arms after battling mast cell tumor cancer for 6 months.
