Hard charging off the line a powerful dog with lots of speed and style. My personal gundog amateur trained To a started level by my daughter myself and also pro trained by Chad Bartles to her HR title Brownie has a big heart who works relentlessly as she picks up new concepts quickly. Easy going around the house she has the classic Labrador temperament (she has never met a stranger) excellent with small children and was handled by my (at the time) 9 year old daughter to the SHR title. Always fun to train, run in tests, and hunt she will never quit! Points naturally flushes on name Brownie has a keen nose for hunting upland! locates hidden birds efficiently points flushes marks and retrieves the fallen game with great attitude. I will also say she hunts areas of fall well and with that great nose she’s found quite a few quail I’ve lost in tall grass and heavy cover. Brownie is not only a great dog in the field she is family.
