Pippi has been an unbelievable dog retrieving ducks and geese in the marsh and flooded timber. At 1 year old, she was running blind retrieves in the marsh at 200 yards and was trained by me (novice). Under a professional, I'm sure she could have done even more. She is never timid or anxious but is extremely calm and gentle with children and around the home. In the hunting lodge. This year, we were planning to run her in seasoned hunt tests but most of them were cancelled due to COVID. If her puppies are anything like her, they will be an absolute pleasure at home and in the field.
